Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Report to the Operation Manager.

·        Prepare weekly material requisition forms for projects in hand.

·        Ensuring that all materials used are in line with contract and specifications.

·        Day-to-day management of multiple sites, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors

·        Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.

·        Preparing Drawings on site When Needed

·        Coordination with Suppliers for Samples proper Submission

·        Communicate via proper Channel

·        Do the necessary Assessment in order to submit progress invoice

·        Follow up the Progress Payment as per Site team Productivity

·        Advise for Site the Inspection with the client /Consultant

·        Ensure site complies within guidelines of health and safety and security.

·        Liaise with main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations.

·        Quality Control of work done at site.

·        Resourcing manpower when needed

·        Act as the main technical advisor on site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.

·        Liaise with main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations.

·        Resource planning for timely completion of the projects within the stipulated deadlines

·        Hi-lighting any technical reason delaying the site and find out the alternative solution
