WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Source2Hire offers clients recruitment services which include candidate sourcing, pre screening and short listing. The success of this division will be measuapply-d by the ability to quickly deliver shortlisted and relevant candidates to the client.

• Quickly grasping client requirements with the aim of short listing candidates against client’s requiapply-d profile
• Advertising positions, reviewing applications and searching the database for relevant candidates
• Supporting in the verification of candidates at all levels by sourcing, pre- screening and matching candidate profiles with the aim of assessing interest as well as relevancy
• Managing and communicating effectively with the candidates through the verification cycle, while educating them on the clients’ objectives as well.
• Creating and documenting candidate profiles to send a shortlist of relevant candidates to the client within the agreed time frame.
