The new to hire Talent Acquisition Assistant will be supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, in all the tasks at hand.

First of all you will earn a tax free all-inclusive salary depending on your experience and qualifications! You will have a direct and permanent employment with our client, for either 2 or 3 years. A healthcare insurance or healthcare treatment is part of that employment. You work in an international team & working environment and you receive a total of 30 calendar days leave for every full year of work. Your role is to support the team that is responsible for human resources planning & identifying appropriate candidates for closing positions with specific skill sets.

• Conduct screening calls and provide step by step feedback;
• Prepare a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates;
• Support with annual workforce planning with all hiring management;
• Support with annual recruitment budget preparation and management;
• Engage with all recruitment partners, such as external recruitment agencies and assessment parties;
