Job Description:

[ Assisting Sales team

[ Prepare and/or compile submittal documents for construction projects and coordinate with clients to respond to their comments.

[ Track submittals and update status regularly

[ Support sales team by providing the requiapply-d office support in terms of documentation, sample boards, order tracking, etc.

[ Follow-up with customers regarding quotations, new orders.

[ Understand product specs and support sales team with technical queries when requiapply-d.

[ Follow up for the payment of due invoices and ensure that they are paid in a timely manner according to the agreement with various customers
