Job Description: 

Manage and support executives of the company – including calendar schedules, travel arrangements and visas via DMCC Portal.

Arrange meetings, conferences, manage business visitors along with social media management – editing videos, checking responses, comments, etc.

Develop presentation material for meetings (PowerPoint, PDF, Excel, etc.) and attend to take important notes.

Handle reception tasks including handling phone calls and incoming emails to be able to respond in a timely manner.

Deal with administrative tasks including maintenance and service of the office, supplies needed, office management including the purchasing of office equipment and consumables.
