Job Duties – Processing Officer:

•Transaction’s processing.

•Monitoring the workflow (deposit/ withdrawal process in internal systems).

•Responsible for communicating and coordinating with different departments.

•Responsible for customer relationship management: coordinating with clients for orders,payments, and issue resolution.

•Handling customers’ inquiries in regard to payments.

•Preparing regular reports and analysis for your line manager.

Role Requirements:

•University/ college degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.•Must read, write and speak English fluently•Computer literacy (competency with MS Office package, especially Excel and Word).

•Excellent communication and monitoring skills.

•Ability to work comfortably in a high-pressure environment, as well as working towards strict deadlines; any relevant experience will be consideapply-d advantageous.

•Ability to work in shifts. This role is a full-time position, working in shifts for a total of 40 hours/ week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day). Shifts will apply on weekends as well.
