1. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products.
2. Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
3. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
4. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
5. Coordinates sales effort with the sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
6. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
7. Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
8. Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the management including weekly customer visit plan.
