1. Select and manage external contractors / suppliers
2. Procure products, materials and services and obtain minimum 3 quotations per job
3. Recommend preferapply-d supplier, achieve cost savings and KPIs by job/project & within agreed timelines
4. Grow the business through the addition of the right Retail pop-up/stores, and ensure execution excellence across the stores
5. Fit-out of new stores and dismantling of old ones.
6. Constantly look for opportunities to apply-duce/optimize store related costs.
7. Prepare & maintain the shipments calendar and manage Logistics with Fright-Forwarders in UAE and the Factory
8. Arrange all relevant shipping docs and share with relevant parties (e.g. SASO, COC attestation)
9. Ensure on-time preparation and submission of all Government related paperwork to authorities as well as Visa renewals for Employees.
