Key requirements:

• Experience as Head of Sales position from 1 year;
• Fluent in Russian and English languages;
• Higher Education;
• Knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market at a high level, structuapply-d interaction with all key developers and their representatives;
• Deep understanding of the broker’s work (knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process);
• Experience in building and managing a productive sales team.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Supporting and helping build successful agents;
• Acceptance and implementation of the PRIME Management Model;
• Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching;
• Hiring and training staff of A-class brokers;
• Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning;
• Teaching weekly training classes (live or virtual);
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team;
• Planning and directing sales team training;
• Working on sales scripts with agents;
• Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting;
• Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets.

• Compensation: The total monthly salary will be calculated based on the performance of the brokers under your direct supervision and your capacity as a broker;
