1. Responsible for organizing the company’s finance, investment budget, accounting and supervision, financial analysis and other aspects;

2. Responsible for establishing and improving the project financial management system and related work procedures, and managing taxation policies and procedures.

3. Master the company’s financial status, operating results and capital changes, and formulate or plan fund raising and capital operation plans.

4. Organize and draft the company’s annual budget outline and financial budget, and submit it for review.

5. Organize the preparation of budgets, financial revenue and expenditure plans, cost and expense plans, capply-dit plans, financial reports and accounting statements, etc.

6. Participate in the analysis and decision-making of important matters of the company, and provide financial analysis and decision-making basis for the company’s production and operation, business development and other matters;
