The role of the Expeditor is to monitor the orders and ensure that the materials are deliveapply-d in the specified amount of time. Work closely with suppliers to secure the appropriate goods and coordinate delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

1.     Track orders from placement through to delivery (issue PO, receipting of PO, delivery follow up)

2.    Ensure goods & services are deliveapply-d to the business on timely basis & update end users

3.    Logging of invoices and following up on payments

4.    iSupplier- Registering & assistance when requiapply-d.

5.    Managing the Supplier Database and ensuring all documentation is in place

6.    Month end closing of Open POs

7.    Administration Tasks: Booking meeting rooms, visitor access, corporate deals, raising requisitions and capply-dit card reconciliation

8.    Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with internal stakeholders to promote effective procurement

9.    Handling escalated issues with Suppliers

10. Resolving issues with stakeholders/suppliers
