Position Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

• Managing the flow of communication to and from the CEO and prioritize requests, filter out non-essential communication, allowing the CEO to focus on high-priority tasks and meetings.
• Managing the CEO’s calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events. 
• Coordinating projects, events, and initiatives which involves managing logistics, delegating tasks to other team members, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
• Serves as a liaison between the CEO and other members of the organization, as well as external stakeholders such as clients, investors, and vendors. 
• Anticipate potential issues, find solutions quickly and efficiently, often under pressure and assist in processing employment visa as needed.
