• Issuing fee accounts for each job; raising and sending invoices to clients, chasing unpaid invoices and resolving any queries in relation to unpaid debt.
• Inputting information into database.
• Dealing directly with clients, responding to enquiries and building a working relationship with them.
• Using all IT Applications including the Microsoft 365 Suite
• Arranging inspections on behalf of the team and the regional offices as part of a portfolio.
• Assisting in research for reports where requiapply-d
• Ensuring that the correct report and appendices are completed as per identified guidelines
• Coordinating portfolio valuation inspections, time frames and information with the regional offices, ensuring all information is collected as requiapply-d.
• Amending, formatting, proofreading, and collating a PDF draft and final report to ensure they are in line with our corporate standard with particular attention to consistency.
