Electrical Engineer with 10+ Years Exp

Working closely with the project team to ensure the implementation of Electrical works and meeting client’s requirements in compliance with project specifications and other related standards

· Review of Contractor s inspection, surveying and testing requests and subsequent completed reports.

· Inspect the works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals.

· Coordinate with the design team to ensure integrated delivery of system.

· Monitoring the daily works & raise SOR / NCR on works deviated from specifications and approved shop drawings.

· Preparing and Issuing the Defect Notification Report to the contractor.

· Preparing project handing over documents and Operation Maintenance manual as per Completed project.

· Preparing daily, weekly, monthly work progress reports & forward to RE.

· Attend weekly Client/Main Contractor meetings.

· Inspecting and approving all installations as per ADDC and Civil defence regulation and standards

· Well known of Local regulations ADDC and Current standards

· Responsible of design review and approval of the following contract documents submitted by the contractor:

o Vendor Prequalification

o IFA, IFC shop drawings & As-Built drawings

o Method Statements – Installation and T&C

o Material submittals & samples

· Observe site safety practices and the progress of the work. Report any concerns to the RE.

· Attend the Project Handing Over meeting with Contractor and Clients.
