Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and the Head Chef to develop new dishes or menu.

·      Consults daily with the Sous Chef and Head chef on the daily operations and also about any last-minute events.

·      Prepare, cook and present dishes within your speciality.

·      Manage and train any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you.

·      Ensure that high standards of food hygiene and the rules of health & safety are being observed at all times.

·      Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
