Job Title- Business Development Manager

Location: UAE

Salary- Between AED 25000 to AED 30000

• Must have an Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical).
• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in the GCC countries (a minimum of 4 to 5 years in UAE).
• Must possess strong Business Development skills with proven track record for growth & achievement.
• Through knowledge of the OIL & GAS related projects and very good connections with OPERATORS, PMCs & EPCs.
• Hands on experience in the registration process of manpower services with the Operating Companies, Major PMCs & EPCs.
• Need not be from Recruitment or Staffing organizations but should have been associated with Project Services oriented EPCs for the last 5 years.
• Should have basic knowledge on project-based manpower categories for Construction, Operations & Maintenance.
• Fair knowledge on the industry standard employment terms, processes, and regulatory compliances.
• Knowledge on recruitment and resourcing strategies would be an advantage but NOT mandatory.
