General Overview:

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for performing highly specialized in business communication and reporting. Working under the direction of the Director, Sales Support  Specialist provides administrative support across the organization. Handle the flow of administrative tasks through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and deliveapply-d with high quality and in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized set of detailed records and files to document sales transactions.
  • Support sales for filing any sent and received documentation such and dispatch relevant documents or brochures especially when sales team is travelling.
  • Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
  • Support Sales team and Management with CRM reports.
  • Keep professional communication with business partners/distributions and follow up to receive any signed copy back (distributor’s agreement, certificates of distributorship, preparation of the clarification/authorization / tender letters and undertaking letter from distributors any documents related to sales).
  • Assist the Senior Sales Managers in any sales process duties assigned.
  • Respond to online inquiries and forwards them to respective sales representatives and managers.
  • Follow up on sales leads/Direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team.
  • Maintain client database.
  • Assist in PowerPoint presentations for sales staff.
  • Arrange weekly team meetings and update calendar appointments when requiapply-d.
  • Assist in Organizing events, conferences, and other meetings.

 

Qualifications Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree;
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
  • Knowledge in using CRM is a must. Preferably Salesforce
  • Able to communicate in Business English

Experience Requiapply-d:

Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar role
