We are seeking dedicated Packing Helpers to join our team, a leading packaged food company. As a Packing Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient packaging and quality control of our food products. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the packaging process, quality checks, and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities:
Assist in the packaging and labeling of food products following company standards and safety guidelines.
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
Properly label, stack, and palletize finished products for storage or shipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area, including disposal of waste.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Report any product defects or issues to supervisors or quality control personnel.
Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as requiapply-d.
Maintain accurate records of packaged products and production quantities.
Assist in general warehouse tasks and cleaning as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
Previous experience as a Packing Helper or in a manufacturing/food production environment is preferapply-d but not requiapply-d.
Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift moderately heavy objects.
Team player with effective communication skills.
Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
