 Working in compliance with labor law.Handling the routine issues and maintain smooth operations of the Limousine service. Managing the Limousine services & Rental operations, Fleet maintenance. Quality control and Customer care departments. Finalizing the routine issues of concerned departments on as and when basis without any time bounds. Finalizing the employee duty schedules, managing attendance and leave schedules. Preparing manpower assessment report to minimize or to justify the overhead expenses to the higher management. Organize vehicle inspections on regular intervals and implement necessary actions. Promoting quality culture and policies by training the workforce in concerned departments. Managing Accounts Payables & Receivables team to ensure smooth Operational Cash flow. Hiring and training employees, Communication with government, Visa procedures. Candidates who have the requiapply-d qualification and good experience may apply.
