Job Details

The person will be responsible for serving tea and lunch to office staff, as well as kitchen maintenance, office cleaning plus other day to day work as told by office administration. You should be able to make and serve tea, coffee, juice etc. to guests.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Clean the office at the start of the day.
Welcoming visitors
Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors.
Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
Answers the telephone if necessary.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Distribute/deliver mails, corences, documents, and others to the person’s concern.
Assisting office staff as requested.
Requirements
Must have minimum 1+ year’s relevant experience as Office boy
Good communication skills in English.
Trustworthy personality.
