Job Responsibilities:

Vacancy: Manager – Digital Accounts

• Coordinating with different stakeholders for smooth running of the Digital Account Center
• Monitoring of all activities / transactions being conducted in Digital Accounts Center
• Overall supervision of Digital Account Center
• Ensure close coordination between all teams for effective & timely handling customer queries/ issues
• Ensure implementation of technological development in the Digital Account Center
• Presenting MIS to management about progress of the Digital Account Center
• Ensure accounts are opened in standard TAT and in compliance with AML & CFT regulations and Bank’s internal policies

Skills:

• Well versed with industry practice and SBP regulations specifically AML/CFT Regulations, FE Manual
• Proficient in MS Office
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Banking Operations, Staff Management & Problem Solving

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a reputable university
