Job Responsibilities:
Vacancy: Manager – Digital Accounts
- Coordinating with different stakeholders for smooth running of the Digital Account Center
- Monitoring of all activities / transactions being conducted in Digital Accounts Center
- Overall supervision of Digital Account Center
- Ensure close coordination between all teams for effective & timely handling customer queries/ issues
- Ensure implementation of technological development in the Digital Account Center
- Presenting MIS to management about progress of the Digital Account Center
- Ensure accounts are opened in standard TAT and in compliance with AML & CFT regulations and Bank’s internal policies
Skills:
- Well versed with industry practice and SBP regulations specifically AML/CFT Regulations, FE Manual
- Proficient in MS Office
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Banking Operations, Staff Management & Problem Solving
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a reputable university
