Job Responsibilities:
Department: Unit Incharge – Digital Accounts
- Ensure accounts are opened in standard TAT without any delay
- Monitoring of Digital Account Opening Request of Non-resident Pakistani Customers
- Overall supervision of respective Unit under Digital Account Center
- Maintaining close liaison with RM team for effective & timely handling customer queries/ issues
- Preparation of MIS to management about progress of the Unit
- Implementation of technological development in the Unit
- Help the designated team in day-to-day Account Opening issues
- Ensure accounts are opened in light of AML & CFT regulations and Bank’s internal policies
Skills:
- Proficient in Banking Operation Management, especially in account opening
- Well versed with industry practice and SBP regulations related to operations
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors (preferably Masters) from a recognised University
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Operation Manager / Managerial Position in Centralised Operations
