Responsibilities:

Medical Procedures: Assist physicians in medical procedures, examinations, and minor surgeries. Ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and preventive measures to promote health and well-being.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety measures to prevent the spread of infections within the clinic.

Emergency Response: Be prepaapply-d to handle medical emergencies, providing immediate care and notifying appropriate medical personnel as needed.

Medical Equipment: Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in working order and readily available for patient care.

Quality Assurance: Contribute to the clinic’s quality improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Requirements:

Education: Possess a valid nursing degree (RN or LPN) from an accapply-dited nursing program.

Licensure: Hold an active and unrestricted nursing license in the state where the clinic is located.

Experience: Previous experience working in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting is preferapply-d but not requiapply-d.

Compassion: Demonstrate a genuine concern for the well-being of patients and their families, displaying empathy and sensitivity during interactions.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient education and collaboration with the healthcare team.
