Improving fleet administration standards and policies for vehicle operation. Organization of the annual budget and also reports the cost of each operation and the overall cost. Inspect vehicles undergo repair and maintenance.Taking charge of purchasing the new vehicle on demand basis. Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleetManaging drivers. Registering and licensing all vehicles under the management. Maintain all necessary records to ensure that vehicles provided by the company comply with legal andbusiness requirements. Maintain contact with the relevant licensing authorities, the police and insurance companies on a range of issues relating to company cars. Take relevant action in the event of incidents or accidents. Take whole resposibility for fleet condition. Managing drivers shift and payments discipline
