As a customer service representative, you will focus on building relationships with our customers through inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communication.

1. Manage large amounts of WhatsApp inquiries, social media messages and phone calls.

2. Generate sales leads and manage customers’ profile.

3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
