We working in steel doors and windows are looking for   (EXECUTIVE SECRETARY )

• Provide efficient, professional delivery of administrative, secretarial and business support.

• Providing Superior and executive level support to the GM maintaining professional approach at all times.

• Managing mail for the GM

• Providing assistance with logistics for trips and visits, preparing itineraries. Applying different Visa. 

• Knowledgeable in MATERIAL SUBMITTAL AND TENDERS 

• Knowledgable in MS word, Excel, PDF and etc.

* Familiarity with the basics of accounts such as invoices, purchase orders and salaries

• Assisting sales and accounts for any documents requiapply-d.

Must have experience in Qatar and CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY

• Local Hire only

•  With Valid QID

•  With 1 or 2 years of experience in same field
