We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product information, inquiries, and order placement.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide information about company policies, procedures, and services.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and expectations are met.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Assist in processing customer returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Meet or exceed customer service and satisfaction targets.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and empathetic manner.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferapply-d but not requiapply-d.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer interactions.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
