We are currently looking for Bell Attendant to join our Front Office Department. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted by HR Department.

Assist the guests to deliver their baggage, messages, and packages.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities.
Assist with valet parking during the arrival and departure of the guest.
Preparation of documents prior to and complete a guest check-in.
Inform guests and visitors about the hotel’s facilities and services.
Deliver food and other items to a guest room when needed.
Deliver luggage, messages, faxes, packages to guests; room.
Assist guests with laundry service.
Deliver dry cleaning to guest rooms once returned.
Make arrangements for local activities.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the reception furniture and facilities.
Transport departing guest’s luggage from the room to the lobby, then into a car or taxi after reconfirming with the guest.
Make sure that the lobby is maintained properly.
Keep the bell stand and front desk areas clean and organized.
