1. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

 

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients/customers while actively seeking new business opportunities. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

 

3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients/customers, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, catering companies, and other F&B establishments.

 

4. Product Promotion and Demonstration: Showcase the company's products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

 

5. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales. Close deals and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.

 

6. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets, customer needs, and preferences.

 

7. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Provide sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning and target setting.

 

8. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and distribution to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

 

9. Attending Events and Trade Shows: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network, promote products, and generate leads.

 

10. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Attend relevant training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and professional growth.

 

 

1. Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry or a related field. Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. 2. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage products, ingredients, and trends. Understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to effectively promote and differentiate the company's offerings. 3. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients/customers. Ability to understand customer needs, provide excellent customer service, and build long-term partnerships. 4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present products, negotiate terms, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 5. Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and industry trends. Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and contribute to sales and marketing strategies. 6. Results Orientation: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to develop and implement sales plans, track performance, and adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions. 7. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer challenges and provide effective solutions. Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome obstacles and meet customer needs. 8. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
